Charges Policy:

No prepayment is needed.

In case of cancellation or no show well charge the cancellation/no show fee directly from the guest card.

When we receive a new reservation we’ll check the credit card is valid. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

Taxes and other charges:
VAT (10%) is included. A city tax is not applicable. A service charge is not applicable.

Cancellation Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

How to modify your reservation:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify a booking. You must cancel the reservation and follow the reservation process again. You can cancel on the reservation website.

Check-out: until 12:00.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is NOT included. You can use the common hall with kitchen to prepare your own breakfast.

Children and extra beds:
Please note that extra beds and baby cots are available upon request in all rooms.
The cost for an extra bed is 25 € per night.
The cost for a baby cot (for children under 3 years old) is 6 € per night.

Pets:
Pets are allowed on request.
